The fifth annual festival will occur this March 16-18, 2017 in Mankato, Minnesota. Films will be screened at the Verizon Wireless Center located at 1 Civic Center Plaza. Enter through the main entrance, go up the stairs and to the right. The desk will open at 6:30 p.m. Friday and at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
